All the Bench Tops and 4 Rooms with exposed Timber Flooring was sanded and polished.
The kitchen cupboards were repaired - paint chips and broken hinges. We enlarged the fridge cavity.

30 years of neglect, there was 2 small holes in the butynol above from new. Hidden by the ceramic tiles. Found and fixed.

Fortunately there were a few pieces of the tongue and groove in the cavity above. We were very limited to the size of the area that we could repair due to the minimal quantity of T&G. Even though we polyurethaned the replacement T&G, it was impossible to match it to the original. It has faded to a closer colour in the last 12 months
We made and installed these steps, after removing the not so good original concrete steps
We demolished the old largely rotten deck. We made the trellis onsite
We built over the original steps, These are very different to what they replaced
There was never any steps here. This made a huge access improvement. We made these stairs.
